If paying by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, payment will be completed when you submit your order.

If paying by convenience store payment or Pay-easy payment, please complete the payment within 7 days from the order date. If payment is not confirmed within the specified period, the order may be automatically canceled.

※Once payment is confirmed, we will begin manufacturing the product and proceed with shipping arrangements.

Standard Shipping Fee: 600 JPY. Free standard shipping for orders totaling 7,700 JPY or more.

Express Shipping Fee: 10,000 JPY. Any payment processing fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

We will begin preparing your order for shipment on the day following the order date.

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days for delivery.
If you need to receive your items sooner, you can choose expedited shipping. Expedited shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

※During periods of high order volume, or due to product circumstances or delivery region, your items may experience delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding.
※If an item cannot be delivered, we will contact you via our customer service channel.

Once an order is submitted, order cancellations are generally not accepted, nor are returns or exchanges due to personal reasons of the customer.

If an order must be canceled due to reasons such as the customer not picking up the merchandise, fees beyond the product price, such as design and processing fees, seal production fees, color customization fees, design fees, and shipping fees, will not be refunded.

If the size, main color, quantity, etc. of the received product do not match the order details, please contact us by email within 7 days of product delivery.

Please return the product using cash-on-delivery as per our instructions. After we confirm the product, we will refund the price of the product, including consumption tax.

If you paid by credit card, please check your refund or changes to your billing amount on the statement issued by the credit card company after the return process is complete.
