Payment Time

For customized products, production will begin after payment is completed and customization details are confirmed.

Product Delivery Time

Most products in our store are personalized custom products, and production time will vary depending on the product type, order quantity, customization difficulty, and customer confirmation progress.

After the product is manufactured, we will arrange for shipment. Delivery time may vary due to shipping method, delivery region, customs processing, and other uncontrollable factors.

Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Most products sold in our store are personalized custom products made according to customer-provided photos and customization requests. Since each product is made individually for the customer, generally, we do not accept requests for order cancellation, returns, or exchanges due to personal reasons of the customer.

If production of the product has not yet begun, customers can contact us via email, and we will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order status.

If the received product significantly deviates from the order content, if the product is significantly damaged during transportation, or if there is a significant error in the production content due to our store's fault, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product, including relevant photos or explanations. We will confirm the situation and provide appropriate handling.

Products returned directly without prior contact and confirmation cannot be processed.

Notes on Customized Products

Our products are handmade or personalized based on customer-provided materials.
Due to handmade production, shooting environment, display color differences, material batches, and artistic expression methods, the actual product may differ slightly from the images on the page or the customer's expectations. Minor differences within a reasonable range are not considered quality issues.

Regarding Intellectual Property Rights and Usage Rights

When customers provide photos, text, or other materials to our store, they must ensure they have the legal right to use them.
Customers shall bear sole responsibility for any issues arising from third-party rights infringement due to materials provided by them.

Our store may use product images, production process images, or finished product photos when creating, promoting, and displaying products. If customers do not wish for their products to be used for display or promotion, please contact us in advance when placing the order or before production is completed.

Disclaimer

For delays in delivery or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, traffic delays, customs inspections, logistics company reasons, system failures, or other force majeure factors, our store will assist in handling within reasonable limits, but will not bear responsibility beyond the scope stipulated by law.

This statement and the relevant transaction terms of our store shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the location of our store's operating entity, to the extent permitted by law.
