Felted wool creations are meticulously handcrafted by needling wool fibers one stitch at a time, resulting in a soft texture and delicate details.
To prevent deformation, loosening, or damage to your creation, please handle it gently during daily use.

Daily Cleaning

If there is dust on the surface of your creation, gently clean it with a soft small brush, makeup brush, or dry cloth. Do not use a wet cloth to wipe vigorously, and do not use detergents, alcohol, disinfectants, or other cleaning agents.

Regarding Washing

Felted wool creations cannot be washed, soaked, or machine-washed. If accidentally exposed to water, promptly and gently blot the moisture with a tissue or soft dry cloth, then place it in a cool, ventilated area to air dry naturally.
Do not expose to direct sunlight, and do not use high-temperature devices such as hairdryers or warm air blowers for drying.

Regarding Pilling

It is normal for felted wool creations to develop slight pilling on the surface during use or display. If necessary, you can gently trim the loose fibers with small scissors. Do not pull directly, as this may affect the shape of the creation.Storage Method

Please store your creation in a dry, ventilated, and shaded location. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity, heavy pressure, or proximity to fire sources. Felted wool creations are more suitable as commemorative ornaments, collectibles, or decorative items. They are not recommended for use as pet toys or children's toys.

Leather carving artworks are handmade from leather materials. Leather has natural textures and unique characteristics. During use and storage, please avoid contact with moisture, friction, high temperatures, and chemicals on the surface of the artwork.

Daily Cleaning

If there is dust or minor stains on the surface of the artwork, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not repeatedly scrub with a wet cloth, and do not use cleaning agents such as alcohol, detergents, bleach, or disinfectants.

Regarding Moisture

Please avoid contact with moisture, sweat, perfume, grease, or other chemical liquids on the artwork. If it accidentally gets wet, immediately gently blot it dry with a paper towel or a soft, dry cloth, and then place it in a cool, well-ventilated area to air dry naturally.
Do not expose it to direct sunlight, and do not use high-temperature equipment such as hair dryers or heaters to dry it.

Regarding Friction and Scratches

Please avoid forcefully bending, squeezing, pulling, or scratching the surface of the artwork. Sharp objects, friction from hard objects, or prolonged compression may cause scratches, deformation, or discoloration on the leather surface.

Storage Method

When not in use, it is recommended to store the artwork in a dust bag, storage box, or display case.
Please avoid prolonged contact with dark, easily fading items, sharp objects, oily substances, or perfumes. Leather materials may undergo slight changes in color, texture, and patina over time and with use. This is a natural characteristic of leather products and not a quality issue.

Due to the nature of handmade production, there may be slight differences in shape, color, proportion, expression, texture, and detail. This is not a quality issue, but rather a unique characteristic of handmade items.

We strive to accurately reproduce the pet's features and demeanor, but due to material characteristics, production techniques, and different photo angles, we cannot guarantee that the finished product will be exactly identical to the photo. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, due to different shooting lighting, display devices, and screen settings, there may be slight differences in color between the website images and the actual product.

To keep your artwork in good condition for a long time, please avoid placing it in the following environments:

• Places easily accessible to pets or children

It is recommended to place the artwork in a dry, well-ventilated, and light-protected location. If not in use for an extended period, it can be stored in a dust bag, storage box, or display case.

If you receive the product and find obvious damage, detached accessories, or other abnormalities, please contact us as soon as possible after the item arrives.
We will assess the situation and provide you with appropriate solutions.

Deformation, damage, discoloration, aging caused by dropping after use, moisture, squeezing, pulling, sun exposure, improper storage, or human damage are generally not covered by returns or exchanges.
